The NNAS Board felt a short update was necessary regarding the provision of NNAS-accredited courses during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and the various restrictions on activities across the home nations.
The board’s advice is that whilst it is not preventing providers from running NNAS-accredited courses, they must be run in full accordance with the current regulations that are in force in the country the providers are operating in.
We appreciate these regulations are changing regularly and it is difficult to keep up-to-date with the situation particularly when local variations are in force.
It is entirely the Provider’s responsibility to operate according to the current most up to date local and national advice.
The board will, of course, continue to keep the situation under review. As before, the NNAS will not be bombarding Providers with updates every time there is a change.
